I plan everything before I start — the composition, the figures, the architecture. Then I paint it in one session — often twenty-four hours straight, wet-in-wet, before anything dries. The parts I prepare are the bones. The parts I can't control are what make the painting alive.
I was born in Bavaria, spent years painting in Berlin, and came back in 2024. The city gave me everything I needed for a while, but the work now asks for something quieter. Figures in spaces that feel halfway between memory and invention — but the noise around them is gone.
My work is held in private collections across Europe, Switzerland, the United States, and Russia.
